Music City design is inspired by a 1953 Concert Poster…Music City {Nashville, TN) got its roots as a musical center in 1925 with the establishment of the WSM radio broadcast called the Grand Ole Opry. Prior to 1925 Nashville attracted musicians when the Ryman Auditorium opened in 1892 hosting many musical venues.
1953 Concert Poster is loosely based off an original poster showcasing many of the popular country music singers of that time, 6 artists (including Patsy Cline) played on the evening of January 1, 1953.
